The City of Martinsburg Housing Authority serves more than 675 low income families. Established in 1938 by the City Council of Martinsburg, our Housing Authority has stood the test of time. Our Mission is to provide safe, quality housing free from discrimination while expanding affordable housing opportunities through strategic community partnerships and delivering supportive services that empower residents on their path to self-sufficiency.
